Track My Order
After placing an order on our website, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive this email within 4 hours, please contact Customer Service at yourservice@dedejoshua.com available Monday – Sunday, 8AM – 6 PM (PT).
Most orders ship the next business day, though some may take a few extra days to process. Once your order ships, you will receive a follow-up email with tracking information.
