DELIVERY POLICY
Processing Time
Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. This processing time is not included in the estimated delivery time provided at checkout. Some products may require an additional 1-2 business days. During sales and high-volume periods, processing time may extend to 3-4 days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on your delivery location.
Pre-Order Items
Items marked as ‘PRE-ORDER’ will begin processing on the date specified in the product description, which may vary between items.
To ensure a smooth delivery process, orders containing pre-order items will be fulfilled in two separate shipments. Items available for immediate shipment will be sent first. To avoid potential delays, we recommend placing two separate orders: one for in-stock items and one for pre-order items.
Dispatch Notification
If you do not receive a dispatch/delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date, please notify us by emailing delivery@dedejoshua.com and include your order number.
Item Not Delivered?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please allow an additional 2-3 days before contacting us, as packages may be delayed by the courier service. Once items are dispatched, the responsibility for delivery lies with the postal service. Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, but items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.
Customs and Duties Charges
Most shipments crossing international borders (outside the US) are subject to duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government.
Duty Handled Deliveries
Items shipped from our European warehouse will be delivered without extra duties charged, ensuring smoother transactions and hassle-free deliveries.
