What are the steps to take to preserve the lifelong of my garment?

We recommend  best to follow these care instructions to maximize the garment’s lifespan.

Why is there a slightly different color shade from what I saw online and the color shade of my received clothing Is?

During the photoshoot of each item, the lighting, and the camera`s perspective, may affect the color, reflecting a slight color difference. This does not affect the appearance of your choice garments.

How to prepare your garment before wash and apply the washing instructions

It is best to turn the garment inside out, fast all buttons up or zipper, on garment, on garment. Process to follow the wash instructions that came in your garment.

What If the Item iam interested is sold out?

New items can sell out rather quickly, Please contact our customer care department. We will do our best to notify you if the item becomes available again. Please include the best email address for reaching you when the item becomes available.

Why was my order cancelled?

Some of our garments are semi limited pieces (we designed and created not a lot of the pieces) the item you might have ordered could be one of our limited pieces and suddenly out of stock and is no longer available.

If you have ordered other items, these available items will be shipped to you.

The out-of-stock limited item will be removed from your order for refund.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard credit card and all our payment method are secured, we uphold our industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server. None of your credit-card details will be revealed.

Taxes and Currency

All purchases on this site are charged in US dollars.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout according to the items you are purchasing and to your shipping destination and will be included in your order total.

Shipping

All delivery options available for orders will be displayed at checkout.

We endeavor to send the selected shipping tracking number of each package by email. You can also follow the delivery online through the track your order page.

A shipping confirmation email is sent as soon as the order has been process and it is on its way to you.

The tracking number usually is activated about 24 hours after the order is dispatched, while updates are not immediately after shipment, but kindly note and check back the following day.

  • The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery of the order.
  • The return package must be handed to the courier within 14 days of return authorization.
  • The package can only be returned from the original shipping Country/Region.

REFUND TIMING

Once we verify the integrity of the items, we will accept the return and process the refund. Verifying the items is expected to take 3 to 5 business days.

The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return has been accepted, directly to the card or PayPal account used for the original purchase, and in the same currency.

You should see the credit approximately within one week from our refund confirmation email. Exact timing will depend on banking procedures.

Returning a purchase

Items can be returned within 5 days of the delivery of your order.

To request a return fill in the online Return Form (or log in to your account and click on the “Return this order” link attached in the order section).

After filling in the form, please follow these easy steps for returning the purchase to our warehouse:

  • Prepare the items you wish to return in the original order box. Kindly ensure the products have all their packaging and accessories, that the security tag and seal are intact and that the return box is safely sealed.
  • Before requesting a return, please make sure the products comply with our return conditions. Please note exchanges are not possible.
